On arrival day your room is available from 2.30 pm.

In the event of late arrival of early departure the full price will be charged. The non-consumption of your booked evening meal during stated meal times cannot be refunded. 

Please vacate your room for cleaning on departure day by 10.00 am.

One underground garage parking space is included in each double or multiple-bedded room. According to availability further garage parking spaces can be booked at a charge of € 15,00/day. You'll find free parking in front of the hotel. 

Select from buffet breakfast only or half board:

• Sumptuous breakfast buffet: selection of various types of sausage meats & cheeses, jams, cereals, egg dishes, vegetables, large selection of bread & rolls, yoghurts & stewed fruits, juices
• Half board: breakfast buffet, evening menu with starter, soup, choice of main course, plus large, colourful salad buffet with various oils & vinegars, dessert
• Vegetarian dishes
  
• Weekly specialities: populur spare-ribs, marinated to our secret recipe served with jacket potato-sour cream sauce & BBQ-Sauce

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole hotel (except ski cellar & spa oasis).

Relax in our spa area with bio sauna, Finnish sauna, infra-red sauna cabin, ice fountain and swiss pine relaxation room. Use is free of charge for our guests - daily from 4 - 7 pm.

All rooms in our hotel are equipped with private safe.

Convenient storage and changing facilities are available for your equipment and luggage:

• Luggage storage & changing room
• Ski cellar with ski boot dryer

We also take excellent care of our younger guests:

• Children's playroom: with toddlers' consoles, table tennis & children's library
• Baby & toddler equipment: cots can be booked, further equipment can be booked in advance free of charge: kettle, bottle warmer.

To ensure allergy-suffers enjoy a care-free holiday, we equip our rooms with specials pillows and bedding. Please inform us of your need for allergy-friendly equipment when you make your booking (before arrival).

The 3 star Hotel DER SAILER is a  non-smoking house. Smokers can enjoy their cigarettes on the balcony & outdoor in front of our hotel.

We can only accommodate dogs in rooms without carpeting, located in our annex directly connected to the hotel.
Your dog is welcome to join you for breakfast and dinner.
We charge a cleaning fee of € 15.00 per day (excluding food) for your dog.
We reserve the right to charge for any additional cleaning required (including any damage caused by your dog).

Resort tax is not included in the room price (€ 4,00 per person per night).

Our children's prices apply ONLY when staying in the parents' room ( 2 full-paying adults) including half board per child/night, tiered according to age.

For stays of less than 7 nights, we charge the short-stay rate. A surcharge applies during the Christmas and New Year's weeks and opening weekends.

Your booking is confirmed upon payment of a deposit of € 400,00 per room.

Remainder of payment up to € 300,00 should be paid in cash (by day before departure at the latest). We accept payment by EC card or credit card for sums of over € 301,00.

Drinks and restaurant bills should be paid to our service staff in cash.

Our general terms and conditions apply without exception: 

• You may cancel up to 3 months prior to arrival free of charge - your deposit will not be refunded. 
• For cancellations up to 1 month prior to arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 40 % of booking price.
• For cancellation up to 1 week prior to arrival we charge a cancellation fee of  70 % of booking price.
• If you cancel within the week prior to arrival we charge 90 % of booking price.
• In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure the full booking price will be charged. 
• No refunds will be given for missed breakfast and/or dinner (including no-shows).

As a rule we can only cancel whole rooms - and not individual beds in booked rooms. In the event of changing your week's booking to a stay of less than 7 nights we will charge our short stay rate.
